D.L. Hannah was born in Youngstown, Ohio.  She is a writer, entrepreneur, and host of the Amerisogyny podcast. She is a Psi Chi and Alpha Kappa Delta member and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Community Psychology from Walsh University. For over twenty years, she has been a strong advocate for children diagnosed with Autism.  She now lives in North Carolina with her family.
